The hotel's decoration was just lovely, with a charming blend of local artwork and cozy furniture. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for us seniors to navigate around the hotel. The staff was very helpful, assisting us with our bags and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the property for our safety and convenience.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or events specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings where we could meet and connect with other seniors staying at the hotel.

The hotel was set in a central area close to which is very quiet, Isla Holbox, and downtown. Had lunch/dinner at Maja' Che, which I found not too far from the property. The room was both huge and spotless with private outside space and a great terrace, for example.

The apartment provided a relaxing and peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Bikes were provided, allowing exploration of the area, and a water filter was available, providing drinking water. the property was stylish and practical, with hammocks and sun loungers for lounging.
Although there was a microwave and fridge for basic needs, there was no available kitchen. the property wasn't a hotel, which could make finding information, help, or food difficult.

Celebrating the New Year here was just amazing! The rooms were immaculate, with beautiful finishes and stunning views of the surrounding area. the proximity to the beach and the bikes available for exploring was a major plus. The space outside was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. We loved spending our time in the hammocks and loungers, just taking in the scenery. Oh, and the owners were incredibly hospitable, tending to our every need during our stay.
That we were constantly being bitten by mosquitoes, but this was unfortunately a common issue in the area during the time of our visit. the outside lights didn't always work at night, which made it difficult to move around safely.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the lagoon and the beach. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the lagoon and the sunrise from the terrace. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Betty, the housekeeper, was so sweet and attentive. The room itself was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. The service and amenities provided were top-notch, and the location was perfect for enjoying the nearby lagoon and beach.
